Although it may initially seem like a good idea, pregaming can overburden your system and cause your blood alcohol content (BAC) to spike very quickly. This can lead to many unintended consequences.
Pace your drinking, take steps to maximize your buzz (i.e. not recklessly pregame) and you’ll be more likely to stop before unwanted and sometimes harmful things happen.
